Follow Us NC PACE ASSOCIATION WHAT IS PACE. The Program of AllInclusive Care for the Elderly PACE helps seniors with complex medical needs. The PACE program helps seniors avoid nursing homes and instead receive the care and services necessary to help them be safe comfortable and healthy while living in their own community. The PACE program allows seniors who need nursing home care to continue living in their homes as long as possible.
