We provide professional development and training that is worker-centered and promotes social justice and equity. We house the National Early Education Training Center, a collaborative effort across SEIU chapters in eight states. The SEIU Education and Support Fund (ESF) was established in 1992 as a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to provide education and training programs that empower workers, raise standards, and promote high quality jobs. ESF is active nationwide in the sectors of early childhood education, human services, and property services, delivering worker-designed, worker-centered training and leadership opportunities that transform low-wage, low-standard sectors into high-quality jobs, leading to increased income, job protections, and benefits for essential workers.
