🌿 Mental Health Awareness Month 🌿 At Nusenda, we're proud to stand with our members and community to break the stigma around mental health. Whether it's managing financial stress, finding balance, or simply taking a moment to breathe — your mental health matters. We're proud to stand with our community and support organizations working to break the stigma and provide mental health resources across New Mexico and El Paso. If you or someone you love needs support, these organizations are here to help: ◾ NAMI New Mexico - Education, advocacy, and support for individuals and/or families. ◾ NAMI El Paso - Local programs and peer support for mental wellness. ◾ Family Service of El Paso - Affordable, accessible mental health services—including therapy, counseling, and education. ◾ Paws and Stripes - Provides free service dog training, mental health support, and therapy by pairing rescue dogs with military veterans suffering from PTSD, or other service-related conditions. ◾ The Trevor Project - A national organization that offers 24/7 crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and support services for LGBTQ+ youth under 25. We want to encourage you to check in with yourself and those around you.
