• Executive Officers: The CAA is led by elected officers including a President, Vice President, Secretary, Parliamentarian, Area Chairman, and Treasurer. These officers serve in two-year terms, with staggered election cycles for different positions. The President acts as the chief officer, presiding over meetings and chairing the Board of Directors.
• Board of Directors: Comprises the elected executive officers and appointed sports coordinators. They manage the association's operations and are responsible for presenting an annual budget.
