The BMW Community Development Group (BMW CDG) is a Virginia based Nonprofit 501 (c) 3 Corporation formed on March 31, 2006. The corporation operation will be throughout the United States. The major services that this non-profit corporation will provided are as follows: develop rural communities with housing developments at cost, grow at a challenging, deliberate and manageable rate, and to become a good corporate citizen; provide professional services to the public, private, continue to be multi-sector marketing, networking, responsiveness, quality assurance and the repeat business of satisfied customers. The project is a mix development of affordable med level and executive single-family houses. Each section will have common area community support area such as parks and recreation areas. The keys to the success of The BMW CDG are and will continue to be multi-sector marketing, networking, responsiveness, quality assurance and the repeat business of satisfied customers.The initial services of the corporation will be provision of management, technical assistance and consulting services to the US Department of Agriculture and other agencies of the federal government through retainer agreements. Achieving break-even and ultimately profitable status will require a combination of local and regional marketing and slow but deliberate growth to a national presence. Initial and long-term financial analysis of the four (4) business sectors chosen by the founding members’ project outstanding promise and results.In conclusion, The BMW Community Development Group Business Plan projects systematic and orderly growth of the revenue over the next five years, growing from $100,000 in the first year, $1,200,000 in year two, $2,500,000 and $5,000,000 annually by year five.
