The major services that this non-profit corporation will provided are as follows: develop rural communities with housing developments at cost, grow at a challenging, deliberate and manageable rate, and to become a good corporate citizen; provide professional services to the public, private, continue to be multi-sector marketing, networking, responsiveness, quality assurance and the repeat business of satisfied customers. The project is a mix development of affordable med level and executive single-family houses. Each section will have common area community support area such as parks and recreation areas.
