The MedServe Model Our model consists of a threepronged approach that we believe is a winning formula to improve the health of communities while transforming the career trajectory of future physicians. MATCH MedServe Fellows are recent college graduates who have completed a premedical curriculum and are taking time off before medical school. Our Fellows are bright serviceminded and eager to learn.
