SEE SCHEDULE O.THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO OPERATE AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO THE MAINTENANCE OF A KOSHER MIKVAH SERVING JEWISH COMMUNITIES OF BROOKLYN. THE MIKVAH WILL BE MAINTAINED AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF KASHRUT UNDER ORTHODOX SUPERVISION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE MIKVAH BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONVERSION TO JUDAISM OTHER THAN ORTHODOX CONVERSIONS. ANY FURTHER RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF THIS MIKVAH SHALL REQUIRE A VOTE OF EIGHT (8) MEMBERS OF THE BOARD AFTER CONSULTING WITH A GOVERNING RABBINICAL BOARD.
