The mission of the Oklahoma SHINE Foundation is to provide educational community service program that assist and support education advancement for youth; provide assistance with the coordination of local beautification projects and support habilitation efforts which impact the community and the criminal justice system and assist schools, parks and neighborhoods with projects that will make lasting improvements.
