MMCCF's mission is 2-fold: to save lives by raising awareness & to provide financial assistance to young adults undergoing treatment for colorectal cancer The mission of MMCCF is two-fold: to save lives by raising awareness of the symptoms that might indicate colon cancer, and to provide financial assistance to young adults undergoing treatment for colon cancer. Meredith's Miracles is dedicated to providing financial assistance to young adults who are currently fighting colon cancer. Each year, 140,000 Americans are diagnosed with colon cancer and over 10% of those diagnosed are under the age of 40. We serve this overlooked demographic that often has young families to care for, little to no savings, and limited or no health insurance.
