IT FOCUSES ON THOSE WHO HAVE TRADITIONALLY BEEN OVERLOOKED DUE TO LACK OF FORMALIZED EDUCATION, DISABILITY OR POVERTY AND DISENFRANCHISEMENT DUE TO CULTURE OR GEOGRAPHY.
