Kansas Bluegrass Association Inc
Kansas Bluegrass Association is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization promoting bluegrass music in Kansas. We host monthly bluegrass jams, seasonal picking party campouts, and our annual Winterfest bluegrass festival in February. Whether you’re a bluegrass picker or a bluegrass enthusiast, everyone is welcome at events sponsored by the Kansas Bluegrass Association (KBA), a non-profit organization promoting bluegrass music in the state of Kansas. The KBA sponsors many bluegrass-related events throughout the year: monthly jams on Saturdays and Sundays, and monthly picking picnics at regional and state camping areas. See Events for details. We also organize our annual Winter Bluegrass Festival —Winterfest—which is typically held the third weekend in February, and includes workshops, multiple indoor picking areas, vendors and, of course, national and regional touring bluegrass bands. We have so many beginning, intermediate, and expert pickers who attend, Bluegrass and Old Timer players, too.

Hey music lovers. Just wanted to reach out and ask a favor. As you all know, we are a non-profit organization and completely run by volunteers, but that doesn't mean that we don't have expenses- we have many, such as insurance, taxes/accountants/tax prep, event reservation fees, office supplies, website domain costs, etc.
