HEAL-Homeless empowerment through Art & Leadership
HEAL provides unique opportunities for creative self-expression and personal growth for individuals experiencing homelessness. We nurture creativity in order to inspire change and recovery through the healing power of art. We reconnect the artists to a part of themselves and their past that they may feel like they lost during the repeated traumas of homelessness to foster a renewed sense of hope. HEAL serves individuals of all ages within the City of San Diego. The Mobile Art Studio serves several neighborhoods with high homeless populations, including the East Village, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, and Midline area.
