Founded in 2011. NCA's mission is to invigorate the community through: arts education; relationships with professional artists; and awareness of world cultures. Our mission is to provide comprehensive educational opportunities to students and community through integrated arts based partnerships and programming. Mission: To provide comprehensive educational lifelong learning opportunities to students and community through integrated arts partnerships and programming and to serve the community and elevate the quality of life for all generations through artistic expression and cultural experiences as well as to inspire a viable renaissance; promoting a positive economic resurgence; and supporting physical and emotional wellbeing by enhancing the cultural fabric of our community Goals: Develop relationships with professional artistic partners to create a lab/community school of the arts. Foster an awareness of world cultures through programmatic experiences. Afford economic development for the youth and community.
