THE ADAC WILL PROMOTE CIVIC ENGAGEMENT, EQUAL ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION FOR IMMIGRANT YOUTH, STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS, AND PROVIDE SERVICES THAT ADVANCES FAMILY INTEGRATION.
