We are a nonprofit 501(c)3 Dachshund rescue group incorporated with the State of Rhode Island. Furry Angels Dachshund Rescue (FADR) will:Seek to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home as many dachshunds as is physically and financially possible within the Rhode Island and New England area and sometimes beyond.Work with animal control to educate members of the community about the characteristics and needs of the dachshund breed.Work with other reputable dachshund groups to enhance the national rescue initiative and raise awareness about puppy mills and rescue mills. Over 20 years of experience with the dachshund breed.
