To further promote individual and group singing and choral activities of all kind, nature, and description in Sarasota County, Florida, and in all over the United States of America. The Sarasota Choral Society Foundation administers and distributes all grants and donations received to all kinds of charitable purposes, including the granting of periodic scholarships to individuals interested in furthering their musical education and evidencing outstanding achievement in the musical area or an outstanding need for funds to further said musical education.

Annually during the holiday season we organize and present a major production of the Christmas portion Handels Messiah. Membership in the Society is available to individuals who have an interest in choral singing and wish to join our holiday Messiah program. No auditions are required nor even an ability to read music just bring your enthusiasm and commitment.
