The Kota Alliance The Kota Alliance A Global Center for Gender Equity Our Mission Kotas mission is to create more equitable communities for marginalized women and girls through advocacy arts culture and health wellness programs. Our work bridges local activism in West Harlem with womens issues and social change globally. Our Programs At Kota Alliance we weave together arts culture and holistic health in all of our programs understanding that integrating the two improves the wellbeing and empowerment of women and girls in our community. Our programs are conducted in collaboration with community partner organizations as we collectively pave the path towards gender equity and inclusive economic growth.
