Our Chef for a Day program is such a unique way for community members to engage with our guests and see first-hand the impact of their donations and support. Last month we had participation from both returning chefs, and first time chefs! Thank you Gunster Law, Gordon & Partners, Doug and Kerrie Kissling, and Sandi Decker. The families staying here enjoyed the variety of dinners served and it was a huge relief for some of our families that were run down from extensive treatments and never-ending appointments. An Exquisite Afternoon of Sport and Style Molly's House Polo Classic began with two elegant Dressage performances, breathtaking displays of equestrian artistry, made possible by our Dressage Sponsor, Sandhill Cove Retirement Living. Guests then rose from their seats, eyes fixed on the field as the JROTC from Martin County High School presented the flag, adding a sense of honor and tradition to the moment. The National Anthem, performed by Emily Rose Mandel filled the air, proudly sponsored by Sharkey Air. Her powerful rendition elevated the class of the event, setting a grand tone for the day. She was followed by The Pledge of Allegiance, led by Kevin Sharkey, Molly's Dad. The highly anticipated match featured two outstanding teams: Port Mayaca Polo Club, the generous host and provider of the teams each year, and Unlimbited Foundation, this year's dedicated team sponsor. The unLIMBited Foundation, based at The Paley Institute, is an important year-round partner of Molly's House, committed to supporting our mission and the families we serve.
