Missouri State Medical Association - MPHP Missouri Physicians Health Program Ceasing Operations January 31 2025 For over 45 years the Missouri Physicians Health Program MPHP has served and supported physician wellbeing. Created in 1978 the MPHP has treated thousands of physicians mental physical emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Unfortunately MPHP will be ceasing operations on January 31 2025. There are two physician health programs which will be able to serve the needs of the states physicians.
