Family Treehouse
A child, a neighborhood, a community, a world, without hunger. We do this by providing free summer lunches in 35+ communities in both Illinois and Missouri. We currently provide between 75,000-110,000 lunches each summer. During the school year we also provide weekend bags of food to children at risk of having nothing to eat over the weekend. We are currently in 14 school districts and will distribute 30,000-35,000 bags. Each bags contains 4.5 meals. We also provide families with fresh produce each summer through the Twigs Tumbleweed Community Garden.
