Founded in 1992 by Pat Bishop, SPURS is one of the oldest therapeutic riding centers in South Dakota. In 1996, SPURS moved to 40 acres northeast of Aberdeen, SD. To provide opportunities for growth through horseback riding for individuals with specials needs.
