Christ Episcopal Church is located in downtown Smithfield, Virginia. We are at the corner of South Church Street and Main. We celebrate Holy Eucharist every Sunday at 10:30. AM. Christ Church is an historic church with its beginnings in c. 1832. We are Christians grounded in our worship, building a church community together, and reaching out to serve the larger community and world. We believe that God calls us to question and explore, not always to know; to have faith, not hold to rigid doctrines.
