CCHHMC IS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE LONG TERM, ACUTE CARE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH CRITICAL DISEASE OR AS A "HOSPITAL WITH-IN A HOSPITAL". IT IS THE MISSION OF CCHHMC TO ENHANCE COMMUNITY HEALTH THROUGH SERVICES WITH COMPASSION, CARING, ACCOUNTABILITY, RESPECT, AND EMPATHY.
