St Lukes Episcopal Church Partners in Housing
The mission of Partners in Housing Transition is to assist formerly homeless families and families living below the poverty line through the provision of essential furnishings and household items. Our work focuses on providing beds and bedding for each family member who lacks a bed and the other furniture and household essentials needed to turn an empty space into a liveable home. Our priority is serving families with children under the age of 18 residing in Kalamazoo County. Our goal is to provide families with the essential physical tools to attain self-sufficiency that will end the cycle of poverty with time and diligence. Our hope is that by serving these families, they will begin to transform their lives, and as a result, their children may have an improved chance of success.

Thanks to you we served 230 Families 594 Children And provided 589 Mattresses 593 Bed Frames 679 Blankets 736 Sheet Sets 753 Pillows 692 Zip Mattress Encasements along with many other household items.
