THE HEALTH CARE FACILITY IS LEASED TO, AND OPERATED BY, THE ORGANIZATION'S PARENT, UNITY HEALTH CARE, WHICH IS A SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES ESSENTIAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS.
