Smart 4 PawsFind Toby in PA ABOUT US Find Toby in PA is a Facebook page that began in 2012 for the sole purpose of reuniting an owner with his lost dog. Tobys sixteenday journey turned a community of strangers into dedicated volunteers working together to bring him home safe. Once this mission was completed they recognized the value social media offered in the area of pet recovery and chose to utilize the pages already established platform to assist other lost pet owners. As the requests to assist with lost pets increased the volunteers donated money and fundraised to purchase humane traps and trail cameras to aid in lost pet recovery.
