Inc., (Social Crimes Reaching & Effecting All Masses, Inc.) is registered as a federal 501c(3) non-profit organization with 501(h) approval to lobby for the influence of reform as it applies to social welfare issues. Our organization was developed from the outcry of families who are currently, or were previously affected by social welfare crimes resulting from their children's unjust removal due to unproven, and sometime 'created' abuse allegations. There is surmountable, statistical evidence that confirms on a national level, how child protective agencies are unjustly removing our children without exploring reasonable efforts required by our federal government. These reasonable efforts are usually termed as "wrap around services", which are in place to promote family unity, address any current concerns, while avoiding unnecessary, traumatic familial separations. Many of these crimes are from the hands of the very subsidiary government organizations designed to protect our children, elderly, handicapped, parents, and the mentally challenged. Due to the exigent circumstances which are either created or actual causes for removal, these families are in need of immediate personal legal assistance, which is not court appointed to assure the families needs are zealously represented, and utilize the services offered at SCREAM Inc. to assist in correcting any concerns that brought about removal of a family member. Our goal is to have a SCREAM Inc. office in every major city of the United States, and eventually exploring international locations. With your help, we can make it happen!
