Youth Reclamation provides personal development life coaching for kids and teens based upon emotional intelligence to achieve a higher self-awareness. The purpose of the Organization is to establish and operate an organization that will provide an outreach program that is committed to youth character development. This outreach includes teaching, encouraging, witnessing, and equipping every boy, and girl in at risk situations with character growth and development. This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including the making of distribution to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 ( c )(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
