QCAIR's mission is to assist immigrants and refugees to integrate into the Quad City community by advocating for them and collaborating with appropriate service providers. Our mission is to build a community among immigrants, refugees, and citizens of the Quad Cities. We connect people to services and communities in the area and partner with other organizations to identify needs and find solutions.
