Employment Connection is a nonprofit St. Louis community asset that breaks down barriers to self-sufficiency for individuals with limited opportunities. To assist individuals with limited opportunities to self-sufficiency. Offering more than just a job, Employment Connection provides our clients with the training, resources, relationships, and wrap-around services that empower them to achieve their goals for self-sufficiency through living-wage employment.
