Sound Mind Sound Body (SMSB) accomplishes this mission by using athletics as a vehicle to teach youth to exert equal amounts of energy to academics, life skills and character. Our aim is to create well-rounded students that understand the SMSB formula for SUCCESS is STUDENT + ATHLETE + SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY + SOUND DECISION MAKING = SUCCESS.
