Our mission is to work closely with law enforcement agencies, the affected families, and children’s advocacy groups from all over the world in solving cold case files of missing children. We will finally bring closure for the affected families, with diligence, vigilance, and with the utmost professionalism and provide factual evidence to jurisdictional law enforcement agencies for the possible extraction of the missing child and/or the arrests of the perpetrators who are responsible for these heinous crimes.The goals of BCPI are simple. As an investigative partner with local law enforcement, we will work to further the impact of our organization and the organizations with which we work to create additional access to man power and resource opportunities not afforded directly to the families we reach. We strive to give families closure and peace through our cooperative efforts. From the experience of our organization’s key staff to the planned efforts of the organization, BCPI will operate its investigative initiatives through sustainable and effective means, focusing on efficiency and quality to bring life to our mission.
