Home - Appalachian Arts Alliance Promoting Creative Expression Welcome To AppalachianArts Alliance Appalachian Arts Alliance was founded in 2013 as a result of a community visioning session in Hazard Kentucky. We learned people wanted and needed arts programming and education for all ages. In 2018 AppalArts hired its first Executive Director. Today it remains primarily a community and volunteer driven organization but has added larger capacity projects.
