Riverfest Waynesboro Promoting environmental conservation and watershed stewardship in the Shenandoah River Basin. Riverfest 2025 Saturday May 3 2025 This FREE annual event takes place riverside at Constitution Park in Waynesboro VA. Activities include Reptile World shows Stream Safari presentations by the Wildlife Center of Virginia Fish and Fun Rodeo Farmers Market canoe rides kids arts crafts Stream electrofishing with DGIF and is capped off by the Great Continue Reading Poster Contest Each year the Riverfest board chooses a theme animal to represent the annual Riverfest event. The theme animals are always found in our local watershed and provide more opportunities for learning about life in and around the river.
