Teaching Cleveland Foundation
Last Friday, we hosted a showing of "A Death in the City: in the Wake of Segregation" at Saint Martin de Porres High School. The film, part of a project called On Our Watch, tells the stories of individuals in 1950s and 1960s Cleveland who were involved in or educated amidst policies to desegregate Cleveland's schools. The Saint Martin Lions were engaged and asked great questions of the filmmaker, producer, and storyteller who attended the screening.
