Hold real and personal property for the benefit of South Middlesex opportunity Council, Inc. ("SMOC"), its sole member. The properties will be used to help to further smoc's charitable purposes of furthering community development, job training, and the creation of job opportunities, as well as the charitable purposes of providing shelter, care, treatment and rehabilitation, and engaging in educational activities.
