Our Mission: Redemptive Work (RW) is committed to making sustainable living a reality for displaced and seemingly unemployable persons. Redemptive Work (RW) is an Austin-based, non-profit and advocacy group dedicated to making sustainable living a possibility for displaced and seemingly unemployable persons. We serve a diverse and at-risk population of homeless, previously incarcerated, and disabled people as they navigate through poverty, addiction, discrimination, mental or physical health crisis, and many other barriers to stability. We coach clients to achieve the essentials necessary for sustainable living: secure income, manageable housing, and access to healthcare.
