Operation Lift-Up exists to assist those who have been exploited, who live in a disadvantaged environment, and who are caught in a cycle of poverty. The purpose of the corporation shall be to assist individuals out of a cycle of poverty, disadvantage or exploitation by means of education, creation of micro enterprise or other appropriate culturally contextual methodology. This assistance may be given nationally or internationally.
