May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a nationwide effort to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote access to mental health care resources and support. It's a powerful reminder that mental health is just as vital as physical health. Health Care Foundation for Ventura County recognizes the positive local impact made by Ventura County Behavioral Health, whose services help ensure individuals with chronic behavioral health conditions, regardless of income, have access to the care they need to heal, grow, and thrive.
