Luke William Hahn Foundation Luke William Hahn Foundation Our Mission The Luke William Hahn Foundation is a 501c 3 nonprofit organization that focuses on improving the lives of children and families in the community through bereavement support grief education and funding. Our Vision Our primary focus is providing bereavement support. We aim to provide children and their families in the community with a safe welcoming place to express and work through their grief experiences. It is the vision of our foundation to be able to walk alongside those who attend our grief support groups.
