Our vision is to prepare high school students for a modern workplace by equipping them as contributing employees, successful entrepreneurs, and lifelong learners; and to support businesses with a workforce equipped to increase productivity and profitability, stimulate job growth, and a renewed sense of community pride. To achieve its mission and vision, HSI Foundation integrates industry and community experiences with rigorous classroom standards to improve educational outcomes, high school graduation rates, and college and career readiness for all students.
