Friends of Lee Richardson Zoo (FOLRZ) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization established in 1975 THE MISSION FOR WHICH THIS CORPORATION WAS FORMED IS TO PROVIDE A NONPROFIT, MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO ENCOURAGING AND AIDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEE RICHARDSON ZOO AS AN EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL CENTER. THE CORPORATION SHALL BE A CHARITABLE, BENEVOLENT, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC ORGANIZATION.
