Sister Cities Girlchoir
Sister Cities Girlchoir (SCG) is the girl empowerment choral academy serving at-risk girls in Philadelphia, PA and Camden, NJ. SCG builds communities of music makers that empower girls to occupy their unique position in creating a better world. With a shared bottom line of musical excellence and positive youth development, SCG programming builds critical skills for success (academic, leadership and prosocial skills, social capital, resilience, and positive habits) through intensive musical study and performance.
