The Putnam Health & Fitness Center (PHFC) is an independent, locally owned and operated, 501(c) (3) health and fitness facility. PHFC offers the young people, adults and senior citizens of Putnam County, education, physical exercise, and social interaction opportunities. PHFC's trained staff will help members enroll in individual or group exercise programs. Personal Trainers are available for individual instruction.
