--To enrich the lives of youth and their families living in the rural Northern Neck area of Virginia (Essex, Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond, Westmoreland counties), through programs that promote individuality, cultural pride and natural talents. We accomplish that mission through the education, exposure to, and engagement in high quality programs in the visual, literary and performing arts. We place special emphasis on education in financial literacy, cultural awareness, leadership and entrepreneurship.
