We couldn’t imagine a more meaningful way to close out an exciting and impactful Mental Health Awareness Month than by welcoming Mayor Tim Kelly back to the Clubhouse! We are deeply grateful to Mayor Kelly and the City of Chattanooga for their continued support and for officially proclaiming May as Mental Health Awareness Month in Chattanooga. 💚 Throughout the month, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to connect with so many members of our community, welcome new friends into the Clubhouse, raise critical funds for mental health recovery, and share our mission with those eager to learn more. Together, we’ve worked to elevate awareness, foster understanding, and continue breaking down the stigma that so often surrounds mental health. We're energized by the momentum this month has created and look forward to carrying it forward as we support more individuals on their journeys toward recovery. Thank you to everyone—our supporters, partners, friends, and community—who made this month such a meaningful success. We couldn’t do this work without you! ☺️ (fb)

Is whole-person wellness important to you? 👀 Are you motivated by tracking outcomes, bridging service gaps, and helping people access the care they need to thrive? AIM Center is hiring a full-time Integrated Care Coordinator to join our team! This role is a vital part of our integrated care approach, working both within the Clubhouse and out in the community to support individuals navigating complex health systems. From coordinating care plans and collaborating with providers to advocating for those who are uninsured or underserved, this position helps ensure that no one falls through the cracks—regardless of where they are on their recovery journey. It also involves engaging with individuals in the community who may be disconnected from care and helping them access both mental and physical health services, including support with obtaining a diagnosis when needed. Bilingual fluency in Spanish or another language is required for this role. The ability to communicate across cultures and languages is essential to building trust and breaking down barriers to care in the diverse communities we serve. We’re seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual with a background in community health, care coordination, or social services—someone who thrives in relationship-building, believes in recovery, and understands the power of integrated care.
