Hope Meadows Foundation is a non-profit organization that serves the community to provide equine assisted counseling and life skills programs. We believe in a holistic approach combining horses, life skills and the natural environment to aid in the healing process. Hope Meadows Foundation provides mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, groups, and families. Each specialized treatment team is comprised of a Mental Health Specialist, Equine Specialist and one or more horses, creating a safe, healing environment for groups and individuals.
