To meet our mission the CVHS collaborates on projects with other local organizations and state and federal agencies with complementary goals. Our aim is to focus on projects that combine historic knowledge within the context of contemporary issues and to generate effective decisions and solutions based on relevant history. MISSION The Chilkat Valley Historical Society connects both residents and visitors to the history of Alaskas Lynn Canal Region.
