TO ALLOW LOCAL SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS, BUSINESSES AND OTHER ENTITIES THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACCESS A FIBER OPTICAL NETWORK. FOCUS WILL ALSO BE MADE ON PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE FIBER OPTICAL NETWORK TO THOSE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY OF THE CITY OF AURORA WHO ARE UNDER-SERVED IN REGARDS TO FIBER OPTICAL NETWORK.
