Birthright, Emergency Pregnancy Service of Rochester, is a pregnancy help center offering free, confidential help to women in a caring, non-judgmental setting. Birthright provides free pregnancy testing, maternity and baby clothing, friendship, support, information, referrals and more to help meet their needs and to make a realistic plan for their future and the future of her child.
